Bravo's 'Champion' crosses 10 million Youtube views

National cricketer and music artiste Dwayne Bravo continues to enjoy success with his hit song 'Champion', as today it crossed 10 million views of social media video-sharing site, Youtube.

The song broke past the 10 million views mark just after midday today.

The song got a major boost after the West Indies men and women's teams won the ICC T20 World Cups in India.

The dance that goes with the song has also helped it to go viral, with news anchors, Bollywood stars and sportsmen and women (including Portugal football great Figo) appearing on Youtube doing the dance.

Bravo also performed the song at the opening of this year's Indian Premier League seen by tens of millions in India and other cricketing countries, and there are hundreds of videos of regular people also uploading their versions of the song.

Marlon Asher is the only other Trinidad and Tobago artiste with a single that has crossed 10 million views. His song had 13.9 million views by 3pm Wednesday. 

Soca artiste Machel Montano is involved in a song that has 25.6 million views. However the song, 'All My Love' which features Ariana Grande as well, is owned by the group Major Lazer.
