Minister: NALIS has over $26M, 'toilet-paper' memo was ill-advised

Minister of Planning and Development, Camille Robinson-Regis has told the Parliament that the National Library and Information System Authority (NALIS) has an account with $26 million and that a memo asking staff to walk with their own water and toilet paper, may have been ill-advised.

Robinson-Regis was speaking in the House of Representatives in response to a question asked by the Opposition.

She was responding on behalf of Minister of Communications Stuart Young, who is currently out of the country.
